Super Taqueria

So the other day as we were taking the boys to cub scouts we drove by Super Taqueria.  All of the sudden I looked over there and there were fences up around it and it looked like it was closing down.  I loked at my mom and told her what I saw.  We were already past it by then so she didn't get to see it.  I sat in the car thinking, oh my goodness if Super Taqueria closed down, that would be crazy and I would be so sad.  Once we dropped of my brothers we drove back by Super Taqueria.  Luckly it is not closing But it is remodeling!!!!!!!
I was so relieved man I don't know what would happen If Super Taqueria closed down.

i am gonna guess that BOTH Uncle Scott AND Aunt Meg had/will have a small heart attack as they read the beginning of your post.

it looks like Aunt Megs comment proves me right!

i am also relieved to hear it is just getting a MUCH needed face lift!!!

wow, what a relief. I must say that Steamboat Springs needs a Super Taq really badly. Before we got our apt. grandpa and I went to a place called Qdoba. It wasn't Mexican food even though the sign said it was.
We love you,
grandma

Ya. my heatr did stop for a second... I'll admit that. I like super taq the way it is... dirty grimy and tasty. too bad about the remodel.

Mom and dad.... Unfortunately, Qdoba is the best Colorado has to offer, when it comes to chain mexican burritos. I don't like thier tacos, but the burritos are ok, and the quesadillas remind me of Super Taq. My favorite thing on the menu, though is the Mexican Gumbo. I get it with chicken, Pico de Gallo Salsa, Tomatillo Salsa, corn, and have them hold the cheese and strips...350 calories, 12 grams of fat. No too bad. Still its no ST, but nothing here is. Welcome to our pain.

I had the same heart attack a couple of weeks ago when I drove by. I'm sad we won't be able eat there for a while, but I'm excited that now maybe we can have the same good food with 1/2 the scum:)
